So I am attempting to paint in a journal book, the first painting is really yucky. I tried to touch it up on my laptop but I didn't want to change the integrity of it.

Fairy?

Making the Ugly Pretty

So have you ever made a drawing or painting that you thought was horrible but you've kept it any way. This was a drawing I did 2 years ago. It's horrid, so last night I tried to convert it into something pretty. Although I didn't get it to look totally beautiful it looks alot better.

The Performance

I didn't know it was famous

This is the cover of a book I was reading called A Man Of Feeling by Javier Marias. I loved the picture so I attempted to draw it while I was at work. (I was bored) I had some watercolor pencils with me and I used Qtips to activate the watercolor. Little did I know that this is a famous painting by Edward Hopper.

Woman By the Window

I am currently painting this picture of a woman by the window. It is the largest painting I've ever attempted. It is not as easy as I thought it would be. I can't seem to get the side structure of her face right nor can I capture the light coming through the window.

My scanner was acting crazy when I scan this painting. Everything was slanted. The picture is to big so you can't see the whole view.
