Making the Ugly Pretty

So have you ever made a drawing or painting that you thought was horrible but you've kept it any way. This was a drawing I did 2 years ago. It's horrid, so last night I tried to convert it into something pretty. Although I didn't get it to look totally beautiful it looks alot better.

I Love Her

Your Eyes

Eye Practice

More practice with eyes. The window to our souls. My eyes often give me away. My feelings are an open book.

Frenchy

Another drawing at work. Monday was an In Service/Teacher Planning Day which means children get to stay at home while faculty and staff work. When there are no children I really don't have any work to do. I've passed our Immunization Audit so I am home free.
I was practicing eyes because they are hard for me. I based this drawing on a student named Breiona. I called this drawing Frenchy because I used the highlighters in my desk to color they remind me of Bastille Day in France. (I've never been there. I've only seen it on TV).
